Burrata and Finocchiona Appetizer

Keep it fresh and popping with flavor. This appetizer takes a couple minutes to prepare, is full of flavor and has many health benefits.


Finocchiona, arugula, cherry tomatoes, buffalo milk mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and cracked black pepper

Mix arugula with olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and add to plate.

peel casing of finocchiona, slice nice and thick and layer on plate
drain liquid from mozzarella and add on top of arugula
finish with a drizzle of olive, salt and pepper over plate
