Our salami is special. We start with heritage pork, Trapani Sicilian sea salt, Tellicherry black pepper and Cleto Chiarli lambrusco (with the exception of Barolo red wine in our Barolo salami).
Unlike most traditional salami, ours are made without additional sugars, dextrose and milk solids. The results are truly amazing products which our customers love and rave about.
