How to Slice our Pancetta:

Slice the Pancetta as thin as possible. This will ensure a soft and buttery profile. We highly recommend using a deli slicer or a long slicing knife. 
You may also dice the pancetta to make lardons for pasta dishes like Amatriciana or Carbonara (Pancetta can be used a substitute for the guanciale)

How to Serve our Pancetta:

Serve on a salumi or charcuterie board with your favorite cheese and bread. You may also substitute our pancetta in any prosciutto, Coppa or guanciale recipe.  

    How to Store Leftover Pancetta:

    A vacuum sealer would be the best way to store our Pancetta. If you do not have a vacuum sealer, you can wrap it tight with plastic wrap.  If vac sealed, you can store in the refrigerator or in the pantry.
